When you get to the pavilion, you’ll be greeted by a number of “trihealth fitness” instructors who will have you do intense exercises in order to get the perfect form of the movement. This is a high-intensity workout that will make you feel like a machine. The point is that you want it to feel as though you’re doing the exercises as if you’re not you, but the point is that it makes you feel like a machine.

When you get to the pavilion youll find that it is full of people doing intense, high-intensity workout moves. It does not take long for a person to get tired of this type of workout.
