I am a serious beginner when it comes to fitness. I have been on the wagon for about a month now, but I am still a newbie when it comes to exercising.
I have to admit, I wasn’t sure what I should expect as a beginner when it came to fitness. I had been using a gym for a while, but after meeting with my trainer over a month ago, I knew I needed to go back to the gym. I’ve found that I am always motivated by the idea of being in a gym. I love the idea of training.
Fitness and yoga are two of the best ways to make sure you burn off those calories. But I am a newbie when it comes to doing yoga, so I had a tough time finding a good studio. Luckily for me, my trainer was not only an awesome instructor, but she had a super nice studio.
I have not been to a studio like this before, so I wanted to be very sure that I was going to like it. It is a small class with only six people, and I was also very nervous about doing so. What I enjoyed most about the class was the fact that it was focused on the body. I also liked how she used the props and the flow of class was very comfortable and simple.
This class was all about the body, but it was also about the mind. She spent a good amount of time with me explaining the exercises and also helped me understand how to use the body in different ways. I really loved the fact that all she did was do this, and not do that, and it was super easy to follow.
I’ve had a ton of physical problems in the past. I’ve had a ton of back problems like a herniated disc, sciatica, sciatic nerve, etc, and I’ve also had a ton of neck pain and headaches. This class was great at giving me more space to breathe, and with that space comes more space for my mind to think, and I really enjoyed that.
I had the pleasure of attending a different class last year called “Snap Fitness” and this class was great because it was very open and there was no pressure to do things. I feel like if I had to attend a class this year I would feel more prepared, but I am sure that is not the case.
I think it is great that there are now more space for my thoughts and feelings. As I write this, I will have my brain still working on my ideas of what I want to achieve during my rest day. I know that sounds strange but it is something that I am actually doing consciously, I just don’t know what exactly it is yet.
