The main point is that if youre on the go but youre still in the loop and trying to do too much, then youll end up with tons of dead ends. If youre not on the go, then you’ll end up with too many dead ends.
This is great for your mind. If you want to work on your fitness, you need to make sure your mind is in the loop. Not if you want to stay fit, but if you need to work on your fitness.
I’ve been reading up on the snap fitness movement lately, and I know I’m not alone. This thing is getting so big that I’m beginning to think there are actual companies making fitness products. I’m not affiliated with them in any way, but if you want to start a fitness company, you might want to try snap fitness.

It’s really easy to get frustrated when a friend tells you your body is the most important part of your life. A friend is a great person to talk to, but if you are going to be talking to someone, you can’t say “hey, I just got so sick of hearing you talk about this, I’m going to do it again and you’re going to have to take it away from me”. Instead, you should go with a friend who knows your body.
