How does one go about becoming a “planet fitness”? I mean, I’m a writer with a passion for fitness and weight loss. I’d like to share with you my journey into health and fitness.

So when you’re a writer, you’re probably already familiar with exercise and fitness. I mean, sure, you might have been exercising a few times a week or maybe doing a couple pushups or sit ups every single day, but that’s how most writers tend to be. So when you decide to start exercising, you have to have this nagging feeling that this is a weird idea and it isn’t going to work out for you.
