I’m a firm believer in the notion that living a balanced life requires a balance of self-awareness. I am all about the concept of self-awareness being able to recognize and understand our own opinions and needs. I use this concept to inform my own life and the way I live it. I believe this is a good thing, because if we are too stressed out about the world around us, our perspective on it is limited.

I’ve known a number of people who have attempted to live a balanced life and have been unsuccessful. Sometimes our lack of self-awareness leads us to make decisions that aren’t in our best interest, or we get caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Planet Fitness in Maryland is probably one of the best examples of how to live a balanced life. This is a community-based gym with a great community feel and a great business model. They offer a wide range of classes to fit your needs. Their classes are taught by a variety of instructors, but with one common theme—they are fun. There are classes that are designed to get you in shape and classes that are designed to stretch your mind.

Planet Fitness’s concept of a “balanced life” is pretty good. In fact, it’s one of the reasons I liked working out so much in my twenties. Sometimes you just want to be aware of the time that you’re going to get to your workout, and then you want to be mindful of that. I want to talk about the importance of a goal, a way to get going.
