The idea of exercise is so ingrained in our culture that many of us don’t really think about it. Most of us start to get into a routine of “I will run every morning” or “I will lift weights” or “I will do cardio in the afternoon.” Yet even if we’re only exercising for a short time, we know that we need to exercise. We know the need to lift weights.

If you arent doing any of these things, you really have no idea of the fact that you need to exercise. You are not getting your body in peak condition. And if you do get yourself in a routine, you never truly know if you are doing it right. Thats why it is so important to get a good coach to help you do something right.

And I love to workout because I love to push myself to the limit, and I love the feeling of accomplishment after I complete a run.
