I like to incorporate a fitness map into my daily routine, and this one is no different. I’ve made it a part of my household routine, and it is a game changer. This week’s map is a visual representation of how I move throughout the day. I’ve included my favorite workouts and my favorite workouts of the week. The workouts are categorized by levels of fitness such as cardio, strength, and strength endurance.
