It is important to note that the exercise we do has nothing to do with losing weight or keeping our muscles strong. It is simply about taking care of ourselves physically to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The idea of taking a break from the daily exercise is perfectly understandable, but how many days of the week do you really need to be on autopilot to reach your goals? To go to your goal is to be in control of your life, not being in the same or a couple of different places.

You have almost no control when it comes to exercise, and therefore your life is only a game. It’s like having a life of your own. If you want to grow up, you have to change what you have and move on without having to do anything. If you want to change, you have to do it.

That’s how I feel about myself, I don’t really have a goal. I just want to be a better person and learn that I can do stuff and be happy about it. To be a better person I have to do something and I have to be motivated to do it. I know what I have to do, I just have to be the best version of myself. To be motivated I have to want it, to love it, to want to do it.

This is very good advice because you have to change what you have before you grow up. That means before you start to enjoy the things you like or do them, you have to change what you have and move on. In the context of the word “motivation”, your motivation is the desire to do something, love it, want it, or try to get it, because that’s what your actions are really all about.
