I was recently at a local gym and noticed the fitness instructor working out on a monitor. He was doing a lot of different exercises but I noticed he was doing a lot of things like jogging with weights. I had noticed this pattern in the past but couldn’t relate back to myself but thought it was just a coincidence. He was also wearing a lot of gold jewelry but I had no idea why. I’m not sure that any of it made any difference in his performance.

There are many great fitness blogs out there right now that claim to be complete fitness experts, but I don’t think its the most accurate and up-to-date body weight recommendations. You can’t do it all unless you have a good body, but I would say gold jewelry is more accurate than gold.

But not everyone needs to get a ton of exercise, especially if they don’t need to. I’ve never met someone who needs to work out five to six times a week to maintain their weight.
