While I haven’t tried it myself, the concept of “fitness factory” sounds like a fun way to use your home to perform bodyweight exercises as well. If you’re really into a great workout, I would suggest doing it at home. It’s not as scary as it sounds, and it doesn’t involve the same level of equipment.

Squatty Potty is a great exercise for the body to perform as a whole, and the workout should be super fun. It has a lot of great benefits and also has much more damage than other exercises.
