The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

The thing is, we don’t control our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. We can only control what we do, and the things we do, if we only pay attention to the things that we “control” our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions.

But you do control your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, if you just pay attention to the things you do. To me, that’s a lot easier said than done.

The problem is that when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them.

The solution is to keep an eye on your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. We keep an eye on them, and don’t let anything else interfere with our habits.

For example, I get up, walk to the fridge, open the door, and get a drink. And thats all it takes to have a good day.

When we’re on autopilot we don’t pay attention to our habits and routines. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them. We just keep on going like nothing ever happened. And I’m sure we all know the feeling.
