I’m not sure how I feel about this. I just wish I had a drink to go to the gym. I’m a complete failure. Anytime I feel like I’m doing something I don’t, I’m a total failure.

I was watching an episode of House of Cards (which I never heard of since I was a kid). I did some math and found out that my wife and I have been married for the last year, and we have a son.

We’re talking about the same thing: The average person is not very good at exercising because they don’t know how to exercise. If you have good fitness habits, that’s because you have a lot of knowledge about how to exercise. For example, when you’re in shape, you know what exercises are good for you. But if you don’t exercise for a long time, you may forget what you know.

In the end, for a time I was amazed when I got to the point where I had all the information I had about how to do my exercise, but had no idea that it was a good part of my life. I then spent the next 5-6 weeks training myself to do my workouts, and have more time for myself.

This is not a bad thing, and perhaps it will be a bit surprising if you do find yourself in this kind of situation for the next couple of years.
