The program is very detailed and teaches you how to prevent and treat injuries so you can work your way back to a healthy lifestyle. As always, the instructors are very knowledgeable and you’ll feel like you are making a real difference in the lives of others.

I usually only recommend that if you already have a good understanding about what you’re doing, you should do it. If you don’t know the basics of fitness, it’s even better to have a fitness class. If you’re in a mood to make a statement, try a couple of classes at the gym in the morning.
I recommend that you do a couple of classes at the gym before doing any sort of cardio. It helps you burn fat and keeps you from overdoing it. If youre a guy, try to start with two or three sets of push-ups every morning. This will help you build strength while you’re working out the abs.
If youre out of the gym and you dont have a gym membership, then you could try to get a membership for the next couple of weeks. That way you dont need to spend any extra money to get in.

However, if you go to the gym and just do cardio, you might want to try going to the gym after the classes. That way you dont need the extra time from classes to get in.

I was very impressed by the fact that in the first two weeks of classes, I got in for free. And if I told you how you could get in for free, you would probably still be impressed.
This is exactly what I think. People get in for free because they get a free gym membership. If you go to a gym early in the day and don’t get a lift in, they’ll give you a free lift. If you go to the gym later in the day and don’t get a lift in, they’ll give you a lift for free.
