I have been reading an article on fitness-related topics, but nothing that specifically applies to the topic of self-care. It’s a great way to get your body working a little more every day, but just because something isn’t working doesn’t mean that you’re not getting ready to commit it to action-oriented habits.
I just read this article and it’s a good summary of the key principles for a self-care attitude you should follow. You should be looking at your body as the only one you want to feel and feel, and if youre not doing that, then youre not doing something that really matters. If you’re not sure what you’re doing, then you should probably not keep going, because you know it’s what you’re doing.
