Take the stairs or a bike ride instead of driving.

If you want to get really fit, you can do it while youre at home. There are a lot of exercises you can do that you can do while watching TV, and they can all be done while youre in your house. For example, you can do sit-ups or push-ups while youre sitting on the couch watching TV. You can do this anywhere you can do push-ups, and it doesnt have to be on your living room couch.

These are all great exercises to do while youre at home, and they all have a built-in fitness component. In our own study, we found that people who did these exercises while watching television were more likely to exercise regularly. It’s as simple as that.

It’s actually more fun to play with these games when youre with the TV. It can also be a lot more fun to watch with your head (with the TV) while doing push-ups, which is the same thing you’d do if you were on the couch with your head on your back while you are watching TV.

The same study found that watching on the couch was better than watching on a TV stand, so if you love watching on the couch while doing push-ups, then you will love these games on your TV. Another great way to keep yourself entertained while youre at home is to have a game of ‘hide and seek.
