You’ve probably heard of the “inactive mood” theory, but I haven’t. It’s one of the most obvious things that exists in our culture. It’s also one of the most popular theories of how we feel in our day to day lives. I was able to talk a lot about this theory, and more than I can say without getting too technical.

Active people are more aware of the things in their lives that matter to them. Active people notice that their life is meaningful and can’t be ignored. Active people are more likely to actively seek out things that help them improve in life. They also tend to be more positive and optimistic about their lives. They tend to take more risks (and fail), and they tend to have more self-esteem.

A lot of people seem to think that they are just as likely to be in a negative mindset. That’s pretty much how we make up our mind.
