The best part about this meridian is that it is always going to be a part of my workout. I can always use it to remind me to go for a run and run for miles and miles. Because my life is always in motion, I don’t have to worry about stopping to stop and think about what I have to do to get to my next goal.
I’ll give you a few reasons why I think that the meridian is a great idea.
If I’m going the meridian route, then I would most likely be able to use the meridian route for at least one mile. I don’t have to worry about that. I know what youre thinking. “The meridian is a no-no.” Well, that depends on where you are, but the Meridian route is indeed the most obvious route to my next goal. I can see it now. “I wish I could just run the meridian route.” The meridian route is just as obvious as “I want to go to the gym.
Yeah, I’ve thought about it a lot. I know that the meridian is the most obvious route to my next goal. I know that I’ll know where I am and how I’m traveling to when I’m at my next goal. I know exactly what I need to do to get there and I know how to get there. But I don’t even want to think about it.
You know what I mean? Are you going to put me in my bed with a rock? I never do. I never do it. It was stupid.
But, I guess if you get stuck in your mind, you find the route and you just do it. It’s like the meridian is a route. If you get stuck on the meridian route and you don’t know what to do you just turn around and do it again. The first time you do it you don’t remember what was in your mind. I’ve done this route twice and I don’t know what was in my mind. I never remember that.
A lot of the fitness meridians found in our daily lives are actually a shortcut to the original meridian. The route is marked in the ground with a circle, right? So if you’ve got a route and you get stuck in the middle, you can just turn around, use the route again, and start the process all over again. That’s what a meridian is, a shortcut that allows you to get into the original meridian from your original path.
Meridians are not shortcuts. Meridians are simply circles on the ground. Meridians that take you into the original meridian from your original path. The fitness meridian ms is the one that takes you into the original meridian.
