If this is your first time reading this article, you already know that I am not just a runner or a cyclist. The truth is that I am also a pretty dedicated and honest photographer. I have always been a lover of fitness, and I think that this is because my parents were both really into it. For example, you might be doing a 5-minute HIIT workout, but then you might want to do a 5-minute interval workout on your way to a meeting.

Well, if you want to keep your mind off the fact that you’re doing a long interval workout, you can always just do a short one. Sure, it may not be as nice to your body, but if you want to get that workout in then a shorter interval workout is probably just fine, too.

The main reason we have so many social media accounts on Twitter is to keep them up to date with what’s going on on the screen. The reason why you can use twitterrific is its free software. As I said before, it has a built-in library with the word “twitter”, so you can create your own account on it. You can also use it to create new posts.
