And that is why I recommend having a trainer. You can find a trainer you can afford, and that does what you need it to do. A trainer is a person who can help you accomplish exactly what you need to accomplish. It is a person who is willing and able to make you happy and feel good about yourself.
I cannot stress this enough. A personal trainer can make you feel good about yourself. I know that sounds like a cliche, but it is true. The problem is when we are so busy working out that we do not even realize how much we are doing. While the majority of people have a trainer, too many people are so busy working out that they do not even realize how much they are doing.
The answer is that you have to earn your health. If you work out, that means you have to learn how to take great advantage of your body in order to be a successful person. That leads to stress. To beat the winter cold, many people are trying to do more cardio. But this is a bad idea because you need to get in enough cardio to build muscle during the winter, not speed it up. For the last week or two I have been doing a lot of strength training in the car. I have a set of kettlebells which I use for both cardio and lifting, and I use a weight machine which I use for weight training. I also use a dumbbell machine for weight training. I am definitely pushing myself to my limits in all of these areas, and I hope this helps you build up your muscles.
