I think it would be nice for every game to have a small quiz that you can take with you, and the answer to the quiz would be used to track your progress throughout the day. For instance, you could set your goal to get to the gym five times in a day, or you could set your goal to walk the dog five times a day.
So the more you experiment a little bit, the more you’ll be able to find a game that keeps track of your progress. For instance, if you have a goal of getting a pair of sneakers to show your feet when you’re walking, then you should track it as you go about your weight.
