
This is the same question that is being asked by many of you when you’re in the grocery store. Some answer that you can’t seem to get out of the car.
This is a legitimate, if not slightly ironic, question. The issue is that many of us have been eating out of convenience stores, not restaurants, for a long time. This was once common and acceptable, but it’s not as common now. You can get a nice meal or snack in the same store for only about $1.00.
So why the need to eat 24 hours a day? Well if you really feel like you need a workout at all times, you can get a nice walk in and then go back to work. This is even better if you don’t feel like you need to be doing it 24/7. The convenience factor alone is a powerful motivator for many people.
The reason we don’t have the convenience factor is that we tend to think in terms of “what to eat?” I get it, people tend to think a lot about “what to drink?” If we’re trying to keep our food budget down, we’ll have to reduce the amount of time we spend eating out of convenience stores.
The most important thing to consider is if you go out and get a drink or some exercise when you need a workout. Most of the time you don’t need to actually do it.

The best way to get in shape is to become an expert at it. And by that I mean to become a good weight lifter and to understand the science behind what you’re doing. In this, a lot of my advice goes something like this: Take your time or learn how to do a particular workout, but get to know how to do it. That’s a great way to get to know yourself better.
